Intellectual Property Are you getting it right?
Half-day seminar
8th March - 9.15-1pm
The Foresight Centre, University of Liverpool.
It is no coincidence that those companies who actively and routinely
include Intellectual Property considerations as part of an on-going
design, development and marketing strategy tend to be amongst
the most successful. It is important to consider Intellectual
property management as a tool for increasing profits.

patent protection issues early on in the product development process,
the need to obtain design protection and about trademarks and
exploitation of intellectual property through licensing. The object
of the talks will be to convey how important it is for businesses
to increase profit and asset value throughout the creation, protection
and management of intellectual property.
